CUSTOM CEDAR GATE

Custom made, all cedar gate. Diagonal 1x5 cedar planks glued and attached between cedar frame on front and back.

POLYGON REDWOOD DECK

Hand picked B-grade, 2x6 redwood deck on treated framing. Allows access from new french doors at master bedroom to backyard patio. Polygon shape allows entry to "open" to backyard with second step framed along entire exposed deck edge. Deck is custom framed to allow proper water drainage from backyard patio. Deck stained with Penofin Redwood Stain.

Custom Water Heater Shed

Old metal water-heater shed replaced with attached exterior closet, raised above ground, seamless continuation to existing siding, insulated and accessible.
